Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible; we generally ship within 3-5 business days. However, due to the large influx of orders, processing can occasionally take 5-7 business days. Please note that all items are handmade in small batches; therefore, processing time can be longer at some times.
Please note that our standard shipping is with Canada Post and untracked. Shipping in within Canada can take 5-10 business days but please note the pandemic can cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Haley Made Shop does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the destination country's customs and revenue authorities. Payment of duties or taxes is the buyer's responsibility. We, unfortunately, cannot control these fees.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
All orders (including pre-order) are FINAL - we do not accept order cancellations or modifications as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
RETURNS
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility: purchase a label with tracking through your preferred carrier. Please note that Haley Made Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund back onto the original payment method. All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.
After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
